Solution: On an IBR Metal chromodeck roof. Extreme heat penetration during summer. We applied Solarshield Ceramic Heat Barrier Coating to both factories. Reducing internal temperatures of up to 10 °c. This made a it more pleasant for the staff and resulted in better production ( Approx 2000m²).

Solution: The internal & exterior asbestos sheeting were coated with Asbestos primer sealer and 2 x coats Asbestoshield High Build coating to seal asbestos fibre at approx 300 microns. This was done at the Jhb and Dbn branches (Approx 60 000m²). This conforms with government legislation.
